The Estate Circle sign-up form collects your email address.
The contact form collects your name, your email address, your phone number (optional), the number of participants and your message.
No other data is collected, and no analytics cookie is set on this site.
Purposes and legal basis
This data is used to reply to you.
With your consent, your email address is used to send the Estate Circle letter, two to three times a year. Your consent is the legal basis for that email, and you may withdraw it at any time.
Recipients and retention
Your data is sent to Domaine Villain alone. It is neither resold nor used for advertising.
It is kept until you withdraw your consent for the letter, and for twelve months after your last exchange for an enquiry.
No transfer of your data outside the European Union takes place.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification of, erasure of, objection to or portability of your data by writing to gaecvillainfrere@gmail.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Cookies
This site sets no analytics cookie and no advertising tracker.
